What a record is
Yours starts emptyA record is the shifts you were paid for, counted off finished work and nothing else. It cannot be bought, granted, or held — not with PAYROLL, not by knowing anybody.
There used to be a filled-in example here, belonging to somebody who does not exist. On the one page whose whole subject is that a record cannot be faked, that was the worst possible place for a fake one. Nobody has worked a shift here yet, so there is nothing to show.

Rank comes from paid shifts and nothing else. You cannot buy it, be given it, or hold your way to it.
